I've been thinking about this a bit more. If a wheel were capable of turning with gravity alone, and actually doing work, couldn't that extra work be transferred to an electromagnet, which in turn would then apply more force to the masses, causing more work to be done? Would the potential amount of ...

My first dabbling into PM actually had to do with water pressure and electrolysis. If you search my posts, I made one that had to do with an infinitely deep sea using gravity to power electrolysis to the point where gravity gave enough energy to electrolysize x amount of water in a closed system, an...

I'm not saying I think its gravity, though I think it very well could be. I think Jim might be on to something, and with some tests and models that I have I think its very possible it is CFs/inertia. I just honestly don't think its environmental, for the reasons I stated above. The window reference ...

re: Bessler's Secret Force
Maybe I'm digging a little too deep here, but, perhaps the "always summer" quote is in reference to the four quadrants of a circle. If you start with spring in quadrant 1, summer in 2, fall in 3 and winter in 4, wouldn't it make sense that the wheel was overbalanced in the summer quadrant?...

Re: re: Bessler's Secret Force
He states that the reason they continue on their paths is because they can never reach equilibrium because of the way they are aranged. Doesn't this point to gravity? If I built one of the MT designs, say MT9, and added a power supply which is timed and coordinated by the movement of the weights, a...

re: Bessler's Secret Force
I have to disagree! Bessler never really said that there was a prime mover. I vaguely remember him saying in one of his MT drawings that it wouldn't work without the prime mover, but this is iffy in thinking that he meant a separate system. Perhaps his prime mover was simply the principle behind his...

re: Bessler's Secret Force
This one....on the contrary these weights are the essential parts and constitute perpetual motion itself; as from them is received the universal movement which they must exercise so long as they remain out of the centre of gravity;...

A couple of quick questions;
I'm having some trouble getting the system center of balance to appear on my screen. I click the icon under view, and I still cannot see it. Any ideas how to fix this?
Also, is there a way to increase the internal limit when running a simulation?

CF acts upon an object at any rotational speed. Jim is right about this, however, the rotational speed of the object wouldn't really matter, depending on what you are using as your centripetal force. Place a spring on the weights, and it will take more force to push them towards the outside. As for ...

Re: re: the clues give it away
Conclusion: He appears to be indicating that many different types of OOB wheel principles can be bent to his will & employed once you add different structures to do the required lifting at the appropriate time. This one thing that Bessler wrote is why I do not believe it was OOB wheels. I think...

re: Why Gravity wheels don't violate the laws of Physics
Isn't weight the same as mass in a gravity field? On earth, yes you could say that mass and weight are the same. In any gravity feild, however, no. 1kg of weight on earth is equal to 1kg of mass anywhere. 1kg of weight on the moon, however, would probably weight about 6kg here, and the mass would s...

Haha I think, evgwheel, why you often don't get an immediate answer is because it sometimes takes a little while to discern what you are getting at with the concept. The hard thing about it is that others don't always see things exactly how you do; everyone has this problem to some degree. Try descr...

re: Why Gravity wheels don't violate the laws of Physics
I have a thought;
If one could create a wheel that was completely frictionless, and completely elastic that had an overall system loss of energy in the gravitational field (or outside of it, even), energy would be destroyed. Ipso facto, energy could be created.
