re: Kinetica Museum to display Steorn's Orbo

These Steorn guys are douchebags. That's all I have to say about that.

Interesting thread, here. One thing I find amazing, is the two people on the train, and their ability to walk end to end and back on a train going in circles, one foot in front of the other, without falling down. The real-time processing and signaling that the brain effortlessly calculates in order ...

re: Flynn over unity magnet

I think this is an electric version of this device made from a lodestone. It was used to magnetize compass needles, and has been understood since the 1600's. A clever variation on a theme.

re: gravity devices work (anti gravity rant as well with pat

The hover disc is cute, but I don't consider this to be any kind of anti gravity technology. The downward force of the air stream is equal to the weight of the craft and rider. Nothing negated here. No mass reduction. Some plywood, an inner tube, and some high powered leaf blowers can accomplish the...

re: PM as an invention, still top of the black list.

It seems to me that the whole patent process does little to protect the inventor. It is perfect for filtering any and all inventions that can in any way be used by the military industrial complex in the never ending pursuit of global obedience, though. PM would definitely fall into this category. Th...

re: What is it about Dublin

This sidebycle is actually quite useful due to the fact that the tectonic plates are known to all rotate around Dublin. Not everyone is aware of this phenomenon, but it's old school to this lad, seein' as I was born and raised just 4989 miles right outside Dublin, myself. Barely a stone's throw, hop...

re: Steorn on Fox

Well I read about this over a week ago, and my gut reaction was to forward the link to nobody. I'm not sure why this is so, but I got the notion that this is really just web development/marketing students who have put their class project on the internet. Notice the silly counters and the fact that t...

I am skeptical of this claim. Let's see... No photo, no drawing, no video, no mention of the principle behind the motive force, no independent witness, joined the forum today. What exactly are we supposed to comment on? I will take a shot at it, I guess. Since there are no details provided on the me...

re: Gravity as a conservative force

Maybe 1712 can offer some insight into his own fabrication and research efforts (or anything else about himself for that matter) rather than acting like a useless pest only interested in pumping others for information.

Can't be done.

re: Gravity as a conservative force

Maybe a tad out of the box, but an interesting theory I recall reading a while back proposed that gravity was simply an effect of temperature . It pondered that in the same way water attracts and condenses onto a cold beverage on a hot day, the temperature difference between matter and space may be ...

re: Gravity as a conservative force

With all due respect 1712, I can only guess that your pointless retort spawns from a lack of knowledge on this topic. I'm afraid it will take a bit more than a one liner and declaration of futility to debunk Mr. Collins on his careful logic and conclusions. Perhaps it's true that silence becomes the...

It is interesting too, that, of the many designs in MT, no non-running builds seem to have revealed themselves, either. I speculate that JB was very thorough to leave little to no evidence as to how he arrived at the solution. I would bet money that if one could examine even the unsuccessful builds,...

Greetings Dave. Although the available data on Bessler's incredible device has lead many of us to believe it was fueled by gravity and clever ingenuity alone, the prospect of magnets being used has not been ruled out in the least. Among the personal items collected after his death, if I remember cor...
