Most people would say that gasses in the atmosphere are usually electrically neutral (except lightning and ozone, etc) however... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rVdEhyMR6A there is a bunch of stuff on YouTube that has to do with geophysics and altitude, etc. essentially getting a small voltage fro...

re: WM2D working simulation
Your skills are great Fletcher. These smooth surfaced circular objects are actually micro-bouncing off each other. The simulator starts each frame by computing where each object should be in the next frame. Then it takes a pass to see if any objects are within each other (impossible). The software c...

re: WM2D working simulation
Before anybody builds, would like to see anybody simulate it with something besides WM2D. Would help credibility. Be warned that dealing with rope lengths and attach points is tine consuming. Magic happens...sometimes. I have a directory full of saved files where I adjusted something and the magic w...

WM2D working simulation
Simulation works, but not clear if it could be built to work. Only one weight...blue...hanging with ropes. Trying to break symmetry... ascending uses short ropes... descending uses longer ropes near weight center. Friction set to zero since weight suspended with ropes does not touch outer wheel/circ...

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is ...

google translate In the seal shown above, we can observe an arrangement of several elements: 1) Two twigs joined by a node given by a ribbon. 2) The words HTAR ORFFYRE, followed by the initials D.M.M.p.M. 3) A crown overlying the entire seal. The two twigs seem to be according to the interpretation ...

re: The war of the ego about an unrealizable illusion
Been kind of slow on the forum. Good to see someone posting anything. Came across this old Youtube video. Not too obvious what is happening. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9KHNPX0KZM Before I waste my time building a WM2D model, I thought I would share it here and ask if anyone sees something that...

That is a really good video about a fun perpetual motion machine.
The wheel turns and everybody knows it is not perpetual motion
