Most of them do invite you to bring your own level and tape measure. I'd think more sophisticated equipment would need prior arrangement though.

Jim's right, the numbers just don't add up.
The drawings are horribly done.
The guy just sounds "off" and overly optimistic in his writings.
However, if he is willing to show a demonstration, I'd be more than happy to look at it.

Thanks, I think since reading a bit more, the concepts are finally starting to sink in. I've got the rotor and the base built, now I just need to build myself a good coil winder to get that part going.
