re: energy producing experiments

Ya; I will admit I am not as polite. It is not my fault it has gone on for 8 years. I would hope that if I were on the other side of the fence I would have built the same experiments and contributed to the discovery rather than fight it tooth and nail. Is there to much personal pride around here? Ar...

re: energy producing experiments

Good work ME.

Yes; you want to do your work as squarely in front of the camera as possible. But it is moving down pretty fast at this point.

But we are looking if it is five and fifteen frames.

re: energy producing experiments

I like your overlapping pictures. It is interesting to note that the spheres are maintaining their position in relationship to the cylinder; they may be moving forward or closing in on the cylinder. But they are primarily doing what I call; flying in formation. This actually surprised me. While I wa...

re: energy producing experiments

The original energy is not only in print (1.26 J) but it is in photograph; in 1:07:165 the mark on the tape on the monitor is on one side of a 20 mm square. At 170 the photograph shows that 5/240th of a second later it is on the other side. It has moved 20 mm in 5/240th of a second. 20 mm / X = 5/24...

re: energy producing experiments

This is from an Aug 20 post; I don't know why this does not make you a prevaricator. The rotational energy at 167 and 227 is ½ * 2.736 kg * .96m/sec * .96m /sec (4 mm/frame * 240 frames/sec) = 1.26 joules. That means that the energy at 197 is 9 * 1.26 joules or 11.346 joules. I suppose you thing it...

re: energy producing experiments

No it is not predicted unless NASA is not part of the accepted world of physics. NASA predicted 20 m/sec for the 3 kilograms not 400 m/sec. It will take 400 m/sec to return the satellite back to it original rate of rotation. What's the weight of the cylinder 2432 g What's the inner diameter if the c...

re: energy producing experiments

All of the questions have been answered so you are obviously not paying attention. I used tape on the monitor and marked it with ink. There are five frames between 165 and 170, just like there are five frames between 225 and 230, looks like Newton wins; momentum is conserved. You need nine times the...

re: energy producing experiments

Lets use 1 m/sec as the initial arc velocity of the combines mass. Then each reader should support a number for the velocity of the spheres when they have all the motion. And let the reader support with experiments and Laws the reasons for supporting 9 m/sec or 3 m/sec. I pick 9 m/sec because it is ...

re: energy producing experiments

Well I should say the rotation is stopped. At 1:07:167 I took 5 frames (5/240th sec) to cross the distance of the black square (20 mm). At 1:07:227 I took 5 frames to cross the distance of the black square. The energy at 167 and 227 is the same. The spheres have a mass of 304 grams. The cylinder has...

This is at 1:07:197 seconds.

The spheres are fully extended and the cylinder is stopped:
