re: Theoretical Perpetual Pendulum

You have a very good experiment; in fact, it is a most brilliant experiment. But are you ready to have the experiment prove that angular momentum is not conserved? You are right: if angular momentum is to be conserved the velocity of the bob must increase. And if it increases the bob will swing high...

re: Kinetic multiplier

The small wheel could be at the bottom of the large wheel: and the small wheel could be used to throw a mass to the top of the large wheel. The thrown masses would be collected on one side of the large wheel and the large wheel would than be used to drive the small wheel. If the total mass of the la...

re: Kinetic multiplier

The nine kilograms would be a wheel with nearly all the mass in the rim; the radius does not matter. Free fall would be 4.429 m/sec for a one meter drop; or do you mean the bearing is not perfect? For an acceleration of .981 m/sec/sec over one meter; the final velocity is 1.4007 m/sec for the suspen...

re: Kinetic multiplier

In this post: I have not dealt with the means by which the wheel started; but we can do that now. Lets use F = ma to find out how fast the wheel is moving after the one kilogram has dropped one meter. The (dropping) one kilogram exerts a force of 9.81 newtons on ten units of mass; for an acceleratio...

re: Kinetic multiplier

Kinetic multiplication can be achieved by wrapping a weighted string around a wheel. The multiplication factor is equal to the total mass over the mass of the weight on the end of the string. A nine kilogram spinning wheel will increase the energy by a factor of ten when it throws a one kilogram mas...

re: energy producing experiments

Only linear Newtonian momentum can be conserved like this: https://youtu.be/YaUmzekdxTQ ; and the energy rises to 450% when the spheres have all the motion.

re: energy producing experiments

Oh; sorry, slow motion is also caused by a 60 frame per second delivery instead of 240 frames per second. And each frame is presented three times; that gives you 20 frames per second when the real speed was 240 frames per second. So what you are seeing is moving at about 1/12 th speed. But all measu...

re: energy producing experiments

There are many cylinder and spheres models so I an going to describe this one in the slow motion video. Slow motion is achieved by placing the same frame in the video for, I think, three or four times. This is done by the software application. These extra frames allow time for the brain to comprehen...

re: energy producing experiments

https://youtu.be/YaUmzekdxTQ Of the three theories of motion only Linear (arc speed) Newtonian Momentum predicts that the spheres will have enough motion to restore all of the rotational speed back to the cylinder. What you see in the video is the full restoration of motion to the cylinder: twice. A...

re: energy producing experiments

The extra r comes from outer space; or angular momentum conservation that occurs in space; to be exact. Angular momentum conservation occurs in space because gravitational force causes the satellites: comets, moons, planets, etc, to accelerate as the radius changes. Angular momentum conservation doe...

re: momentum ,speed ,ratios, spin,arc length's = carryover ?

This looks like an excellent way (the first post) to produce and store momentum. Your advantage is that (if) you realize you are storing momentum; not energy. You may however need to transfer this momentum to a smaller object. And of course you have to use the correct form of momentum. But anyway it...

re: energy producing experiments

I thought I would do a physical verification of the higher speed (9 meters per second) before I dealt with the blur. I know how fast the original rotations are from videos. So I just set up the same cylinder and spheres to throw instead of rewinding. Three meters per second velocity can only throw 5...

re: energy producing experiments

Well; there undoubtedly is. How about a camera that does not use a wide angle lens. And maybe takes a 1000 frames per-second instead of 240. In the early experiments concerning F = ma Galileo used his heart beat as a timer. You use what you got. Maybe we could talk a University into helping; you don...
