I was just hypothetically asking about slowing the time ..not by ordinary breaking and storing energy of the falling weight. well...there were already geodetical measurments done to find out if it is optical illusion, not saying it isnt ..just there were already some test to rule out this possibility.

Soo my tip is ...it could give a sign that wheel even open to see is really hard to spot a prime mover without a rotation. Or that prime mover is "the MOtion" and not that much of new construction. So by the lock he coud be more safe that nobody will steal his secret. Just my 2 cents Martin

Pawn ..you didnt even lightly present what could be prime mover or how it works. Saying ...hey it was that pendelum doesnt help a bit.
