I was just hypothetically asking about slowing the time ..not by ordinary breaking and storing energy of the falling weight. Soo my tip is ...it could give a sign that wheel even open to see is really hard to spot a prime mover without a rotation. Or that prime mover is "the MOtion" and not that much of new construction. So by the lock he coud be more safe that nobody will steal his secret. Just my 2 cents Martin

Pawn ..you didnt even lightly present what could be prime mover or how it works. Saying ...hey it was that pendelum doesnt help a bit.
