If perhaps you could reduce the amount of text on each page in your original copy, so that it will print okay on the smallest size paper, would this not fix the page numbering problem? It would mean that the larger paper sizes would have more blank space around the text, but at least all the page nu...

This reminds me of a time (many years ago) when I was convinced that if “perpetual motion� was going to be discovered, that it would be a watchmaker that would discover it. That was until I realised that “perpetual motion� and “gravity power� are very different.
