iI have thought of a way to make the weights take longer to travel to the perimeter of the wheel, than to come back to the center of gravity could i be on A right track or is this a wild goose chase.!

Thank you all for a warm welcome. I have also looked at the halbach array site thanks Dave/ Graham some interesting reading, the halbach circular array is very similar to some of my ideas but without the strange field iwill look further into this, i'll post some of my ideas soon.
