re: Which things should be considered while making/designing
The structure of the mechanism is according to certain natural laws of perpetual motion, whereby objects or fluid, having mass, when set in motion, their positions become unstable, and these objects or fluid gain force from the motions of wheel and of the objects or fluid. They continue to gain force and rotate the wheel as long as the structure of the mechanism remains intact. These objects or fluid are the essential parts and constitute perpetual motion itself; for whenever the wheel rotates and the fluid or objects are allowed to exercise motion, then they can never find punctum quietus which they continually seek in their speedy motions, and portions of the objects or fluid are always applying inertial forces which turn the wheel.

Well thanks Jim mich!

I wanted to edit a sentence to make it more easily understandable:
95 percent working Gravity engines work on the principle that the Gravity engine/Gravity wheel systems are innovatively designed to take in (consume) much more Gravitational energy than what energy needed to lift heavy ball upward.
If you substract total Gravitational energy input from the energy needed to lift heavy balls up in a gravity wheel, you get some net gravitational energy which is the net energy input to the system(input after subtraction) which can be converted to electrical energy. This is the scientific basis for any real Gravity engine. And hence real Gravity engines are not perpetual and do not violate Laws of energy conservation.

Good morning Aficionado,
Whatever I mentioned about more Torque from right to left and about more no.of balls downward always during rotation as well about above principle, has to be kept in mind while designing the system.
NOW,How you Keep the balls everytime more on right side(downward side) and transfer more torque from right to left is a real challenge which a real scientist inside you only can find out by continuous thinking and thinking and thinking.
To get more idea on this, refer Raj's Monday! Monday!!!
Raj's thread is full of good efforts.
One such attempt raj tries to make is here:
http://www.besslerwheel.com/forum/download.php?id=10930
Raj thread is my one of the most favourate threads.
If somebody had already completely found out a way to keep more no. of balls while rotation permanently on right and maintaining more distance on right from shaft axis than that on left, and then thus transferring more torque from right to left then,Gravity wheel would have been already invented.
The biggest flaw I have seen in many such Gravity wheel designs is more no. of heavy balls on left side than on right side considering that wheel should rotate Clockwise. Raj's most earliest (most oldest)earlier designs had this flaw which I identified and notified to raj which made him really happy.
Let say I have a higher torque on a heavy ball right of the wheel(Force * displacement) and lower torque on left on wheel on a heavy ball but of no. of balls on left is very large compared to that on right side, the amount of opposite torque from left to right will be same as /equal to torque applied from right of wheel to the left of the wheel. In order that wheel should rotate the net effective torque on all balls on right should be much much greater than net effective torque on left side and for this, you need to ensure two things:Â
1) a)Higher torque on right side downwards due to weight of a ball and it's position in wheelÂ
b)comparatively much much lower torque downwards due to weight of a ball in wheel.Â
2) Much much more no. of these Heavy balls on right than on left.

Science is the king, commerce and MBA are servants of mankind.True Gravity-magnetic powered engines are possible but they cannot be against 3 basic laws of thermodynamics and newton's laws of motion.

I found a website which I think is a reasonably good source of info on some facts on Bessler wheels.

I liked this website( http://free-energy-info.co.uk/ )very much which provides many wonderful PDF files regarding real Non-Perpetual Free energy devices.
Here is an extract from the website:
"The purpose of this web site is to provide you with an introduction to a series of devices which have been shown to have very interesting properties and some are (incorrectly) described as 'perpetual motion' machines.
What's that you say - perpetual motion is impossible? Â My, you're a difficult one to please. Â The electrons in the molecules of rock formations have been spinning steadily for millions of years without stopping - at what point will you agree that they are in perpetual motion?
So, why don't electrons run out of energy and just slow down to a standstill? Â Quantum Mechanics has shown that the universe is a seething cauldron of energy with particles popping into existence and then dropping out again. Â If E = mC2, then we can see that a tremendous amount of energy is needed to create any form of matter. Â Scientists remark that if we could tap even a small part of that energy, then we would have free energy for our lifetime.
The Law of Conservation of Energy is undoubtedly correct when it shows that more energy cannot be taken out of any system than is put into that system. Â However, that does not mean that we cannot get more energy out of a system than we put into it. Â A crude example is a solar panel in sunlight. Â We get electrical power out of the panel but we do not put the sunlight into the panel - the sunlight arrives on its own. Â This example is simple as we can see the sunlight reaching the solar panel.
If, instead of the solar panel, we had a device which absorbs some of the energy which Quantum Mechanics observes and gives out, say, electrical power, would that be so different? Â Most people say "yes! - it is impossible!" but this reaction is based on the fact that we cannot see this sea of energy. Â Should we say that a TV set cannot possibly work because we cannot see a television transmission signal?
Many people have produced devices and ideas for tapping this energy. Â The energy is often called "Zero-Point Energy" because it is the energy which remains when a system has its temperature lowered to absolute zero. Â This presentation is introductory information on what has already been achieved in this field: devices which output more power than they require to run. Â This looks as if they contradict the Law of Conservation of Energy, but they don't, and you can see this when you take the zero-point energy field into account.
The material on this web site describes many different devices, with diagrams, photographs, explanations, pointers to web sites, etc. Â As some of the devices need an understanding of electronic circuitry, a simple, step-by-step instruction course in electronics is also provided in Chapter 12. Â This can take someone with no previous knowledge of electronics, to the level where they can read, understand, design and build the type of circuits used with these devices.
This is a very interesting field and the topic is quite absorbing once you get past the "it has to be impossible" attitude. Â We were once told that it would be impossible to cycle at more than 15 mph as the wind pressure would prevent the cyclist from breathing. Â Do you want to stay with that type of 'scientific' expert? Â Have some fun - discover the facts.
There are many, many interesting devices and ideas already on the web. Â This site does not mention them all by any means. Â What it does, is take some of what are in my opinion, the most promising and interesting items, group them by category, and attempt to describe them clearly and without too many technical terms. Â If you are not familiar with electronics, then some items may be difficult to understand. Â In that case, I suggest that you start with Chapter 12 and go through it in order, moving at whatever speed suits you, before examining the other sections. Â I hope you enjoy what you read."
Many Patents are already granted for Non-Perpetual Free energy devices.
Now if some Patents are granted for Non-Perpetual Free energy devices, why we are not using them?
If technology is available,it is better to have a collective effort in investing in manufacturing of these technologies.

Especially I liked this:
"
http://free-energy-info.co.uk/Chapter4.pdf
"
Contents of this webpage/PDF:
Gravitational Pulsed Systems: Lawrence Tseung's pulsed wheel, Lawrence Tseung's Impact gravity wheel, Chas Campbell's pulsed flywheel, John Bedini's pulsed flywheel, James Hardy's water-jet generator, the Magnetic Pendulum, Jerzy Zbikowski's Chain Drive, Gravitational Effects, Mikhail Dmitriev's gravity wheel, the Dale Simpson gravity wheel, the Veljko Milkovic pendulum/lever system, the Dale Simpson hinged-plate system, Amr Al-Hossary's gravity wheel and the Murilo Luciano gravity chain.
Observe here that the PDF talks about "Impulse" and surprisingly,my first thread on Bessler Wheels Forum talked about Impulse.

Not knowing is not the problem. It is the knowing of what just isn't so.
It is our responsibilities, not ourselves, that we should take seriously.

re: Which things should be considered while making/designing
Ok, I had a Confussion.COP and Energy Conversion Efficiency are 2 different things, but they have a relation.
Infact COP is for Pumps and not for other Machenical Systems like Gravity Engines.
May be COP may exceed 1 but Machenical Energy Conversion Efficiency(Output energy /Input Energy Supplied) cannot and can never exceed Numerical 1 OR cannot exceed 100 Percent.
Meaning to say, nothing can move by itself,or you cannot have more energy generated than energy supplied.
In real Gravity engines,Gravitational Energy is converted into Electrical Energy. In fact I have discussed how this can be achieved on my two more threads on this same website with two different ideas, just wanted to inform new members.
So Machenical Energy Conversion Efficiency can never exceed one.
The coefficient of performance or COP (sometimes CP), of a heat pump is the ratio of the change in heat at the "output" (the heat reservoir of interest) to the supplied work. The COP was created to compare heat pumps according to their energy efficiency.
Energy conversion efficiency (η) is the ratio between the useful output of an energy conversion machine and the input, in energy terms. The useful output may be electric power, mechanical work, or heat.
