let us celebrate 300th anniversary of Orffyreus' Gravity Whe

Post by Perpetual Motionist »

On 6 June, 1712, Orffyreus demonstrated his first Gravity Wheel, set in perpetual motion, at Gera, in Germany. Today on 6 June, 2012, let us celebrate 300th anniversary of Orffyreus' Gravity Wheel! My congratulations to all the pioneers of Perpetual Motion, to all Orffyreus' enthusiasts, and all the students of perpetual motion!

Scot Ellis deserves laurels for establishing coordination among the perpetual motionists through his website. Here no words would suffice to appreciate pioneering role of Scot Ellis in founding the excellent BESSLERWHEEL.COM /FORUM and thus, providing the excellent meeting platform where all perpetual motionists and free energy enthusiasts, irrespective of differences of status, caste and creed can learn to understand each others ideas and mind blowing projects on perpetual motion, where the seeker of Truth of perpetual motion may find guidance, and where all may contribute to move steadfastly towards realizing the fundamental mechanism of Gravity Wheel invented by Orffyreus. I am very pleased to see that many members on the forum have brilliant insights in dealing with machines that surpass even the best talents in the engineering. My perpetual salutes to them. I recall here, Jim Mich is brilliant. BESSLERWHEEL.COM /FORUM is indeed a big success though someone among them has yet to produce a working model of perpetual motion as far as I know, but this doesn't matter much as Albert Einstein said "The search for truth is more precious than its possession"...“The right to search for the truth implies also a duty; one must not conceal any part of what one has recognized to be the truth....“The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination......To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle, requires creative imagination and marks real advance in science...... “Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler. With these quotes of Einstein, I would fail in my duty if I do not extend my heart felt gratitude and thanks to the Scot Ellis and his team for their forum that whenever I visit, I find always in perpetual motion for the sake of perpetual motion by the men of perpetual motion along with their unique designs of perpetual motion.

Perpetual Motionist states :

....""The search for truth is more precious than its possession"...“

This I believe, to be the mark, of, not only great men...But of Equally great nations of men.

..this Albert fella..? pretty layed back type wasn't he?

..I possess no such talents as this type of man...but I certainly have the capacity to dream...and that is the "truth"

what up Todd, dude!

richard
where man meets science and god meets man never the twain shall meet...till god and man and science sit at gods great judgement seat..a tribute to Bessler....kipling I think

This all reminds me of my favorite Einstein quote

If the facts don't fit the theory, change the facts

Dear Perpetual Motionist!
Thanks so much for your thread and words!
I'm sure that we would be very pleased if you gift we all with your real name! Please! Why not?
Anyhow, your so great admiration to Jim Mich's brilliance is already enough a good sample to build your value and image to us!
Best regards!

Orffyreus Vs Einstein

Post by Perpetual Motionist »

hi getterdone

you remember Einstein well. yes, many of his contemporaries, many among them leading scientists and big professors alleged him of plagiarism, for changing facts to fit the theory. Contrary to him our hero Orffyreus was original!

There seems to be a compelling similarities and dissimilarities among the important kind of works Einstein and Orffyreus performed despite they lived in different times.
Orffyreus was a practical perpetual motionist while Einstein a theoretical physicist. In search of some absolute source of hidden energy, both of them went beyond the traditional methods of energy generation to the world’s amazement. While Einstein suggested E=MC2, Orffyreus actually built a gravity wheel that served as inexhaustible source of energy. Both of them pondered over the nature of gravity and arrived at amazing results. Both of man married twice and because of their premarital relationship, they faced controversy of illicit baby that was lost or murdered.

any more comparison most welcome

Hi Murilo,

Ya Jim Mich, a short name, it came to my memory quickly and many other members are also brilliant. I just mentioned Jim. Thanks for your interest in my real name and identity. I am just ignorant here.I mean about the formalities and norms of this forum. I don't know much about how to interact here on this forum, so amidst a bit of confusion, I didn't consider it important to reveal my identity here. Let me know if hiding the real identity violates norms of this august forum or it is very much desirable here. Excuse me, I am just a beginner.

Hi Richard,

ya, have the dreams, they are the most precious things, free like free energy. They are as real as the free energy and Gravity wheel of Orffyreus, only we need ingenuity and insights to realize them.

you need not have talents of Einstein! He had no talents, only he was the biggest show man in the circus of modern physics! Artistry, imagination, conditioning, plagiarism, mysticism, scientific spirituality, religious emotions, mathematical jargon etc are the essential ingredients of Einstein’s priesthood and his priest-craft that has halted the progress of physics for the last 100 years !

Einstein didn't plagiarize anything. Only a handful of people can understand relativity so if he had plagiarized it he would also have to have understood it which is unlikely.

Hi preoccupied,

Not only a handful of persons, but Eddington told that only three people could understand the relativity.
u may be right but also consider the opinion of Einstein's great contemporaries and later other professors who resented his plagiarism. About invention of E=MC2, why I think it was ‘product of plagiarism is based on following facts:

1. The Olinto De Pretto’s original formula E= MC2 first time appeared in science magazine in 1903.

2. Einstein was aware of the De Pretto formula. Critics of Einstein claim that they have very strong evidence of these facts. Let me know, suppose you found your e mail id and account used by someone else, wouldn’t you think that someone has stolen your id and password. De Pretto is victim of same tragedy.

3. All the key concepts of the Special Theory of Relativity, particularly popular equation E= MC2, the equivalence of matter and energy had previously been suggested by French mathematician Henri Poincare and Dutch physicist Hendrik Lorentz. Now historians also credit them while anticipating many of Einstein's discoveries but Einstein himself never gave them credit in the bibliography of his papers. I have in my possession his 1905 paper and also translated transcription of his talk “How I Created Theory of Relativity delivered in German at Kyoto University on 14 December 1922. After a lapse of 17 years, he talked about Lorentz and how he built upon his ideas but it was not a credit timely given.

4. Lot of Einstein’s love letters to Mileva, his wife, show her helping hand in making of relativity theory. Many speculate that it is also possible that Mileva actually worked out the equations that later made Einstein famous.

"The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources." -- Albert Einstein

A FEW OF THE QUOTATIONS FROM THE BOOK

Albert Einstein

The Incorrigible Plagiarist

By Christopher Jon Bjerknes

"The appearance of Dr. Silberstein's recent article on 'General Relativity without the Equivalence Hypothesis' encourages me to restate my own views on the subject. I am perhaps entitled to do this as my work on the subject of General Relativity was published before that of Einstein and Kottler, and appears to have been overlooked by recent writers." – Harry Bateman

"All this was maintained by Poincare and others long before the time of Einstein, and one does injustice to truth in ascribing the discovery to him." -- Charles Nordmann "[Einstein's] paper 'Zur Elektrodynamik bewegter Koerper' in Annalen der Physik.

. . contains not a single reference to previous literature. It gives you the impression of quite a new venture. But that is, of course, as I have tried to explain, not true." -- Max Born

"In point of fact, therefore, Poincare was not only the first to enunciate the principle, but he also discovered in Lorentz's work the necessary mathematical formulation of the principle. All this happened before Einstein's paper appeared."
-- G. H. Keswani

"Einstein's explanation is a dimensional disguise for Lorentz's. . . . Thus Einstein's theory is not a denial of, nor an alternative for, that of Lorentz. It is only a duplicate and disguise for it. . . . Einstein continually maintains that the theory of Lorentz is right, only he disagrees with his 'interpretation.' Is it not clear, therefore, that in this, as in other cases, Einstein's theory is merely a disguise for Lorentz's, the apparent disagreement about 'interpretation' being a matter of words only?"
-- James Mackaye

No, PM...
you are not forced to show your true name, besides this is important in many other places, so as do many other nicknames.
Even if you have nothing to hide, you do what you wish in this democratic forum, where we have a job to do... or try to!
Excuse me, you are not just a beginner.
Best!
