Here's what we'll do: if a member receives a negative rating from 50% of all members *who have a rated someone*, for one month, then that member will be automatically banned.

Yes, I'm as as sure a I can be, until I get the prototype built. The concept is unique, understandable, and mathematically provable. It does not break any laws of physics. I'm currently working on drawing up plans and documentations. Like fine wine, the details need time to ferment. I'm trying to make the prototype as simple to build as I can. I expect to build a bunch of them after I debug the first one. Plan steps D] and F].
