Ralph was grossly mistaken when he made a posting on May 21, 2013 stating:

I do not know why Ralph made such an error. I think he wrote that while recuperating from his defibrillator surgery. Maybe he was medicated at the time. I simply ignored his mistaken date. I consider Ralph a friend. We have had arguments, but we've always kept then non-personal. Also you can look up when the 'greenie' system was started by Scott. It was many years after 1995.

What I have a problem with is your Harry Potter version of physics that has no place in modern science. You have provided exactly zero basis for you claims and have shown that your understanding of CF/CP is fundamentally and profoundly flawed.

Your mechanical demon is now proven unworkable and should be considered in the same vein as Christo and Simo's nutball theories.

You have no physics training and are evidently ignorant of science's requirement to provide evidence to validate nonstandard claims.

I have been actually doing you a favor by giving you a preview of the ridicule and embarrassment you will be subjected to after a physics trained patent examiner finishes reading your application.

Unless you can speak their language (which you have shown complete incapacity) you are just wasting everyone's time.

The exact language of a patent is not important. The requirement is simply full disclosure. In the case of PM, proof of workability is required, preferably in the form of a working model.
My Dad was an inventor. He obtained two patents. One of my brothers owns a patent. Inventing is in my bloodline.

Take two yo-yos with bearings like the one in space. Tie them on the ends of the same string. Clamp the one yo-yo in place and start the other yo-yo rotating around it. CF equals CP and, ignoring friction, the system would rotate forever. Nothing useful happens because the system is balanced. You can calculate momentum (linear) and energy.

Unclamp the first yo-yo and the second yo-yo will start the first in motion. Now the forces are not balanced and both yo-yos have a change in motion. The total linear momentum remains constant but the energy of the system halves.

You can arrange that the original motion has both yo-yos in motion and the one yo-yo can stop the other yo-yo. In this arrangement the momentum remains the same but the energy doubles.

I think it is this unbalanced force of which Jim speaks- and the doubling is the event that Jim is keeping under his hat.
