Which portrait of Bessler is the real Bessler? Why does the one on this and other sites look different from the one's I've seen recently posted? Could there be two Besslers, one truly Bessler and one Oyffrye. Like shakespear and Francsis Bacon. The noses look completely different.

The first picture shows Bessler. The second one shows him looking through a hole in another picture. There have been copies (artist's impressions) but they are based on the first picture so that is the original version. No - only one Bessler/Orffyre.

Mitch, you miss my point. I'm not overly concerned about how you feel, that's your business. Let me explain... on more than one occasion I've been contacted by individuals who have asserted along the lines, "Techstuf's wheel actually works, he said it works...why would he say that if it doesn't work". Do you see?

Rather than pay lip service to me about how you feel, I think you might consider acting on your feelings - offer a statement of correction to the webpages that host your erroneous claims. Who knows, you may even feel better for it.

Your point has been creatively made and adequately addressed on various occasions. I don't expect you now, at this late date, to understand mine. Considering that my comments were and are written with a wider audience in mind.....and with motivation and intent beyond the scope of your current consideration, I will again reiterate that the record will speak for itself, despite your apparently selflessly motivated, assumptive position as a vanguard against the 'nere do wells' of the free energy movement. The mold for which old Johann himself seems fitted as journeyman craftsman, at least.

As for my 'lip service' about how I feel.....that service is provided for others. You don't actually think that I share them for your consideration do you?

For it is obvious that you are devoted to your own 'logic' as a form of god. And such feeble gods as these have failed men since their dawn upon this planet....and will again.....in spectacular fashion.


I will say this one more time......"Man is a poor judge of motivations....often including his own".........and how he judges, often determines how he is judged.


Now as for my actions.....continue to judge away......who knows....for my next act I may seek monies from various unsuspecting rubes in my destructive onslaught!

That's just a modified version of the original. I erased everything else for inclusion in my first book, to get a modern-looking portrait, and I can't remember now whether Scot's picture was done by myself or whether he did something similar. But they are based on the same picture.

Regarding your current personal comments.

With all due respect may I suggest that you move your personal endeaver to Michael's unused forum. It is spreading through present active threads like a cancer, and there are some (Speaking for myself) that are annoyed to recieve notification of a topic post only to find that it is regarding your personal difference of opinion.

It is my belief that the majority of key members in this Forum know by now that neither of you are going to back down. So what is to be gained by forcing the unconcerned to be exposed and inhibit our time.

I respect your intentions of preserving your personal integrity, but in the meantime I for one would appreciate a little concern for the rest of us. Please conclude your argument on a specific thread and then post the results as to the winner publicly, so that he shall feel that the spent time has been justified.

You will think of me as you wish for making this post, but rest assured that I will not get any further involved or answer any rebutal in defence of my request.

I can't remember now whether Scott's picture was done by myself or whether he did something similar.

I created the Bessler image used on this site from a version of the portrait sent to me by Al Bacon. John C. then used the image on his website and on the cover of his last two books.

Absolutely true! I checked the picture in my first book and although similar, the quality is poorer by a mile! Apologies for not acknowledging you Scott.
