Like this?
...and this?
...and this?
If so, then after adding the picture attachments you need to copy their links which are in the attachment panes into the text and use the bbCode tags around them. You can also do this without having to type the tags by highlighting each image link in the text pane and hitting the "Img" button above the text pane.
Hope this helps.

Hey zoelra,
You're welcome. Yes, using tags around the link displays the image in the post. Without tags it should only show the clickable link.
With img tags:
No tags:

You can "hot link" an image by using img tags around a link to a picture on another website to have it displayed in your post, but some websites might not really want you to do that plus the image may one day disappear.
The other alternative is to download the image from the other site and upload it as an attachment to your post and do what we've already discussed. Of course, there could also be some copyright issues to consider with that. In many cases with a forum like this it could probably be argued "fair use."
I personally would tend to err on the side of caution and just link to the website if I wanted to discuss someones else's picture.
I hope that answers what you were asking.

re: Posting Practice
zoelra,
Maybe I wasn't clear enough.
After attaching images to your post you can then copy the links to where they are hosted here on the BW forum from the attachment pane and paste those links into the text pane before you "submit" your post.
Like this:
First click on "Click to Add an Attachment":
Find the file on your computer and then click "Add Attachment" or "Preview":
Right click on the attachment's filename and copy the url to paste into the text pane:
So, the links to the images displayed above are to the images I just attached that are now hosted on besslerwheel.com.
Here are the three links to the above images:
http://www.besslerwheel.com/forum/files/1_154.png
http://www.besslerwheel.com/forum/files/2_147.png
http://www.besslerwheel.com/forum/files/3.png
I hope this clears up any confusion.

Scott!
I hope you are doing great!
Sorry to ask, but BW forum looks to be working not 100%, since last Monday.
The boxes - windows - open in delay.
Is this true or maybe some problem on my PC?
Thanx!
Best!
