...and, yes, I had trouble trying to remember the word "sonoluminescence," but I fortunately got close enough on my second try with Google that Google offered up the recognizable correct spelling as an option.
It was probably the 1989 experiments that I remember reading about. I may have some catching up to do.

Yes, so we have sonoluminescence (cavitation, bubbles forming & collapsing) causing a shock wave [e.g. pistol & mantis shrimps, due to fast closing of pincers with much force, whilst contending with water drag] & via ultrasound causing cavitation & standing waves (e.g. organs & pneumatics ?).
