re: How Difficult can it be?
Too much knowledge "shields "our observation on the basic mechanics Bessler used in his achievement....it should be looked on by what we can see ,not guesswork on what we can't see ,a simple solution ..not complicated is the way to go...try looking "elsewhere"....

Hi rasselasss
Here's a link to this site's wiki documents page, incase you are unaware of it: http://www.besslerwheel.com/wiki/index.php?title=Portal:Documents

Stewart
The document in the link you provided was written in 1718 by Friedrich Wilhelm von Schönlich in support of Bessler and his wheel. I haven't translated it yet, so I can't give you any more detail than that at the moment. The document has been included on my list in the site wiki for a number of years, although I noticed the URLs at SLUB have now changed and so I've updated the wiki with the new links. They've also scanned the document again in colour.rasselasss wrote:This link may be of interest to those that can read German, concerning our quest...possibly someone can enlighten us....

Thanks for that Stewart, much appreciated, the second link, reading the attributes appears to be more of a "thesis",gleaned from others and compiled descriptively......Good Luck..
