The Solution? Finally Revealed

Firstly, hello to everyone who has missed me during my 4-5 month or so absence ;-). The reason for this return is that as you may recall, before my departure, I eluded that I believe that I had found the solution to this aged old problem.

For my own reasons I have decided to divulge all my research into this matter ( up to and including any pre-publication patent documents ). It is sincerely hoped that you will be astounded by the simplicity of the arrangement , for it is also incorporates a new 4th & 5th class of lever ( 'The Dynamic Lever' and the 'Quazi-Cuboidal Gravity Equilibrator' )..

All that I ask in return is that I am acknowledged as the author, at whatever level is achieved, I seek no other return than that ( which is quite a c change for me as you all know !!.

By way of a party trick I will show you how weights that share a balanced beam , acting about a common pivot point can be removed, WITHOUT effecting the balanced state of that beam or system. The weight component of mass is switched off.

Thanks for your interest.

It is my belief that the corner-stone arrangement I have devised is the key to a whole missing pie section of classic mechanics.

This system, and variants thereof, produces constant torque irrespective of angular displacement of the orbiting mass. PE remains constant irrespective of the supported mass's position.

At the same time, as the systems are layered, the supported mass's weight component drives the wheel.


As the energy required to radially displace a mass is zero, there is no height for width.

I always look forward to what you came up with. I'm picking up my machined parts for one of my wheels Tuesday ( I needed them quick and I didn't have the time for that kind of precision that is needed ) and will have this wheel done soon. Life is working back in order for the first time in a while. Now I can take some wheel time before my operations. ;-)

Thanks all for showing interest in what I'm about to systematically lodge here.

I promise you all that I will divulge all over the coming days; with more in-depth reasoning in the weeks after.

Just as a necessary fore note, I will caution that I am no longer able to communicate as coherently as before because I was diagnosed with GBM type 4 Brain Cancer in March; so at the age of 47 I have a life expectancy of some 12 months from now. Shitter really.

I do not seek sympathy nor virtual hugs. Just bare with me as I record here my discoveries. All are subject to patent, but that means shit at the end of the day.

Anyway, onwards and upwards. Right lets do this before my brain turns to mashed potato ;-). If it does , I might become a Politician :-p.

PS do not look up GBM type 4 as its nasty shit. Since March I have had two brain operations totalling 17 hours, radiography and the first stage of chemotherapy !!
