CO2 Based Climate Change

CO2 based climate change has one basic belief, that CO2 as an atmospheric gas, remains as CO2. I have been advocating an experiment where atmospheric gases are expanded in a hydraulic cylinder. This is because temperatures drop as low as 130° F. or -56° C. in the tropopause.
And with the Joule-Thomson Process, when an isolated field is expanded, gases will cool. I have been advocating that when gases are cooled in a Joule-Thomson Effect field that CO2 will convert along with water into CH2O and O2 to conserve momentum.
If this does happen, then the basis of all climate change models will be shown to be wrong. And since a hydraulic cylinder is sturdy and can maintain a seal up to 3,000 psi, it might be able to replicate the cold of the tropopause in a controlled environment.
This is because 10% of CH2O comes from photosynthesis and 90% occurs in our upper atmosphere.
