Bessler Wheel Test Rig

In the future a person could buy a standard test rig.

You would get it via mail order and build it from the parts supplied.

As it's a test rig no problem with it being in working order.
The only requirement is the basic rig bolts together from standard units.

The main parts are :-

1. A rotating frame.
2. MT51 Item A [ratchet arms].
3. A method to rotate at fix speeds.
4. Selection of weights.

Being wood the person can add what ever they like on the basic frame.

Any business men out there?
