Hmm a low speed weighted flywheel that uses a small amount of electricity to keep turning , creating a paradox because it's harder to stop by the generator than the power used by the electric motor to keep it running. A mechanical demonstration of using a v8 for acceleration than only four cylinders to maintain speed, sort of. More of a force multiplier than a true flywheel. Wonder if he has to pulse the demand from the generator to get a true maximum out put?

Only for a small constant load, would work for charging batteries like a solar panel does. Wonder how it compares to a higher speed flywheel ? A custom made Generator would be a better power source, one that better fits the rpm range.
