Example of How "Science" Will Explain Something Like PM

This is in regards to that new EM drive that supposedly breaks Newton's 3rd law because it uses no propellant...no typical action / reaction.

I get that we are kind of looking at a template of what will happen after someone displays a working wheel.

PM can't work...but it does work...so someone looks a little closer and discovers some science "gimmick" that explains how it was really possible after all.

This is different from PM. If they are able to detect paired photons out of phase with each other passing through the metal walls and producing thrust, it will validate Newton's 3rd.

The concept of paired photons entangled and out of phase.

I read that the force to attract or repulse magnets was light.
So how can we not see the light?

Maybe the concept above gives a solution.

As there is a trust then how small can the cavity become?
Could electrostatic be used instead of electromagnetic?
