What happened to the list of small domonstration models you said you were building, one of which you traded with me? It seems they never actually existed. Were they a lie in order to leverage a trade deal with me under false pretence?jim_mich wrote:A physical build is in existence, but is not finished.

I think Jim_Mich could have intended to make small demonstration models and give them to you but his health declined, so he has not even completed the first prototype yet. If you recall exactly what Jim_Mich said I believe he did not say he had them completed yet. Where are your gray hairs ovyyus? Show some respect for your elders. It's not easy to do things when you get older especially if you're sick from something.

Why is preoccupied making up excuses for JM?

No worries there, Preoccupied. Dr OhNo has his fair share of grey hairs.preoccupied wrote:Where are your gray hairs ovyyus? Show some respect for your elders..

Trading under false pretence is allowed for the infirm elderly?
re: What does 'something that works' mean?
Well, no.
A lot of people have jumped on Jim. That doesn't set well with me. Jim is an asset. As are you. However we plebs expect a certain amount of restraint from the ones that rule over us.
Otherwise there's going to be riots.
I have yet to hit your green. I'm doing it now.

Jim has to die before he could be found in breach of contract. While he's still alive he can deliver your table top model.Trading under false pretence is allowed for the infirm elderly?

He didn't trade under false pretense. Nobody believes you. Who believes Ovyyus? Not me. Jim_Mich wrote several times that he never told you he had a working model made. You're lying. You both have email accounts that save the documents sent and received, and it's Jim_Mich that shared what he sent to you in the forum, but you are just riding on your persistence to make your claim true. You are not trying to prove that you're right. You are just playing a game to have fun at Jim_Mich expense by attacking him.

I think we all need to ponder this quote:ovyyus wrote:What happened to . . .
Marble and brass dissolve and pass away; forever: high upon the adamant of the indestructible, they send forth afar and near, over the troublous waters of life, a pure, unwavering, quenchless light whereby the myriad myriads of barques, richly laden with reason, intelligence and various faculty, are guided through the night and the storm, by the beetling shore and the hidden rock, the breaker and the shoal, safely into havens calm and secure.

Walt, with respect there is no 'ones that rule over us' here. Scott has constructed this sandpit for us, applied some boundaries, and let's us play. I don't think Scott is interested in 'ruling'. The members have been given the tools to manage themselves. That's a good thing, right?WaltzCee wrote:However we plebs expect a certain amount of restraint from the ones that rule over us.
I think it's a very clever strategy for someone seeking a triumphant endgame based on a never-built idea under the pretence of 'something that works'. He'll need your faith to accomplish it.WaltzCee wrote:Jim has to die before he could be found in breach of contract. While he's still alive he can deliver your table top model.

You guys do know that I never promise Bill a table-top wheel. – hmm, let’s check that...
My promise was to add him to the top of a list. - of small demonstration wheels being made and to be ready soon.
That was the extend of the agreement. – except for me completing my end of the deal as agreed.
But then Bill broke the agreement. – the agreement was fraudulent, there were no small demonstration wheels actually being made, in fact there wasn't even a PoP working model upon which to base their production.
So I removed Bill's name from the list – the list is a fiction based on a pretence.

ovyyus stop spelling pretense with a c. Pretence should be incorrect.

Hey, those trolls from the underworld spell things weird.
Pretence and pretense are different spellings of the same word. Pretense is preferred in American English, while pretence is the preferred spelling in most other varieties of English, including British and Australian English. Canadian English generally favors pretence over pretense, but the latter appears about a third of the time.

Hi Bill,
It seems Ralph was right, I said too much on the Bessler Wheel forum. And you guessed a big portion of my wheel idea. I'm not prepared to talk details about it just yet. But could you do me a very big favor? Could you edit or remove the next to last paragraph of your post #108554 where you describe your concept of my wheel, so that I don't have any problems with the new 'First to File' patent system here in the USA? In return I promise you will be at the top of my shipping list for the small 'proof of principle' model wheels I'm working on.
Thanks,
Jim Randall

Hi Jim,
Agreed. It is removed.
May I ask what your current schedule is?
Bill remove text from his forum post.
I added Bill's name to the top my shipping list.
That was the agreement. Nothing more.
Bill broke the agreement, not me
Then Bill turned into an ugly lying harpy troll.

Taken from Sat Jul 09, 2016 7:00 am John Collins:
"... I don't have anything that works, and neither does anyone else, no matter how certain any of us are, that we have a working concept."
Do I hear here some negative or pessimistic notes from person who have give to world "hope" to carry on. Or, do I not understand message of this post correctly here!?
John, do you think that somewhere in your translations or in Bessler publictions is some mistake and all story may be a scam?! And there is not possible to achieve "this"?!
