Here is a design concept showing a horizontal wheel/disc(5) on vertical axle(4) connected by right angle bevel gearbox on horizontal axle(2) of vertical drum wheel(1), with diametrical cross-bar(7) of wheel(1) impacting on diametrical arms(6) of disc(5), every 90 degrees turn, transferring angular momentum from wheel(1) to disc(5) and making it accelerate, which in turn, forces wheel(1) to move/turn faster just because both horizontal disc(5) and wheel(1) are geared by bevel gearbox, on a 1:1 ratio.
N.B: there are no weights and no lifting is required in this concept. It's what Jim Mich would have called a MOTION wheel concept.
Vertical and Horizntal wheels working together...

Reference from Bessler MTs:
(1) MT58 ... using vertical and horizontal wheels together in same design/drawing.
(2) MT62... using right angle bevel gears type gearing system in design/drawing.
I just notice these in the last hour, while going through MTS once again.
