KE PE and torque effect?

Sam
I also do not draw. That is why I use free software to do the drawing for me.
I am using two principles one to sustain motion after putting energy into the conceptual design. The other to bring energy into the device from outside.
The principles need to be there to base a design.

Agor95,
That's what I meant; far easier for me to figure out Bessler's wheel than try to draw with a computer---------------it's beyond me. Software has passed me by like a freight train, Sam

Could you give me a link to that free software you are using for your drawings.agor95 wrote:Sam

I don't think anyone is interested, but if someone might be; the best I can tell; bell cranks won't work for resetting the sliders. Also I'm fairly certain that they have to be lifted at the 6 O'clock position or soon after. See MT-15. Horizontal does't work. For what ever it's worth---------------

Agor95,
I'm fairly certain, ( for what ever it's worth), MT-15 is the right way to replicate Bessler's Wheel. MT-15 shows CCW rotation, with the slider starting to lift at 45 degrees before bottom dead center, (BBDC), and fully lifted at 6 o'clock I suspect that is exactly right. In this way the wheel is always top heavy, always falling down.
Also the "lifter" has to be double acting, as are the sliders. Please don't ask me how to do it, but maybe one of you can figure it out.

Fine with mePlease don't ask me how to do it, but maybe one of you can figure it out.

Ridicule? Great! I never learn, do I--------------------Peppiatt

Seriously we are all in the same boat.
All trying to figure things out.

Quick Post to get this up the tread list.
That will allow us to see the replies.

I have been UNABLE to convince anyone on this thread, as to HOW what I proposed could be achieved.
Because what I proposed is not in the main stream of physics thinking.
It's in my layman's dream!
Which is close to becoming REAL: the "HOW???"

Hi Raj
I appreciate you find the replies have not been as you wish.
There are aspects of a rotating frame that I am currently weak i.e. about torque in relation to compound torque devices.
However with your concept; I break the concept into smaller tasks.
The masses are in motion and you wish to move them to another location.
You need to learn how to calculate the energy required to achieve that task.

re: KE PE and torque effect?
I am layman in PHYSICS term, but not a layman in ACADEMIC term.
I am capable of thinking out of the box, and coming to terms with my mistakes.
I have written a couple of books, and have patented a wave energy generator FOR WHAT They worth.
I have worked as bank officer in the City in London, and administrator in several industries.
This is my last year on this forum, calling off my 30+ years of wheel search, with or without FINDING my current Desktop Self-Rotating Swinging Weights concept POC.
Calculation can only be DONE by Physics formulae, which I am NOT conversant with.
I am working hard on it, to build my final proof of concept prototype
with my layman non-physics abilities.
I just bought three 20cm v-belt pulleys and two 10cm v-belt pulleys online
for 77 GBP to build a POC prototype, as per the drawing, by myself, once I
return to Mauritius.
