Our problem ,so to obtain a continuous self-motion due to gravity unbalance can be...simply. ...the next ( positive acceleration ) half rotation.
Living inside a "natural" accelerator , I think we can find an "attachment"...

I love these videos, the disk that supports the small device becomes a disk of inertia ... that's why it works for a while. It would have to make this dynamic disk ...
Adding small masses on the periphery in slight displacement 5mm at the most could perhaps make the device more efficient.
I'm tempted to try. :)
