Agreed , that way you lift as close to the COR to gain as much as possible , but if you reverse your wheel and watch the lifting mechanism return the weights to its starting position , do the weights end up in the same position , then you have gained nothing .On the contrarie , if you end up with the weights in a DIFFERENT position , post me a private mail .
