Strange movement WM2D

Post by ovaron »

Perhaps it can serve as inspiration for someone. I myself do not think much of simulations. Have played a bit with WMD2. Scissors jack in combination with Jakobs ladder. At least a very strange movement.

Yes it is very interesting movement if it works in a real test build. I assume it is using some form of ratchet to insure movement control?

@ AB Hammer

It has no movement control at all. Only the stork bill and the two weights. It is so interesting because it unites various movements of the "toys page". Unfortunately, I do not know how to make a short video of it, that others who have no WM2D can see it as well. Maybe someone can do that.

Well it would be very simple to build and not take much time. I will see if I can make the test for you. I have a lot of parts in my disassembly pile that might do the trick.
