...speaking in a common language,is an everyday "nasty" happening,you must take into account,when you commute to the job with your car.
Usually,you must bump-up (then a short launch...),or bump-down (after a short launch...),it depends if you meet a small elevation or a hole,on your way.
If you don't push the brake,in a very short time,the gravity requires that the car's mass (and your...so to "feel" inertia),bumps,moves with an uneven way from the linear to nonlinear interplay with inertia.
Your CoG experiences a "jerk" motion,a kind of acceleration of acceleration,it depends of your velocity and way curvature(concave,convex).
It's a strong,powerful,unpleasant tremble motion,that you feel,due to an abrupt changing trajectory of CoG,from translation to a fragmentary convex,or concave...we try to avoid them.
But some people (Milkovic and others...),made this type of motion to be utilizable :they bumps a pivot in a bearing.

In my opinion,they use instinctively,a bump inertial induction,and they get as a result a "wonder leverage" (output>input).
All the problem is,that they can't close up the process,with a swinging pendulum motion at the input.
If,as Marjanovic said,we really have a key to unlock the gravity power...we need one more key,maybe.

If we add a mobile fulcrum and a second bar we have a chaotic pendulum.
Chaotic motion,in this case, can be no more than a new aspect of the centrifugal effect of inertia into a mobile fulcrum.
If we can "manage" this non-linear feature of inertia ,we can have a "key" for the so-called "overunity box"(input<output)....
