I don't think so.
To divide a circle in two equal parts by a straight line you draw that line through the center...

Those halves are both mirrored and point symmetric.
So a line through the center and point P should do just that.

You are right.

ONLY ONE symmetrical line.

Look at this drawing below.

It shows how point p in above drawing is located where it is.
