sure you now that Bessler has more than one running wheels.
Which type of developement are yours ?
The selfstarting of the bi-directional ?

Bessler started to develope his wheel with the self starting wheel.

In my opinion Besslers last version can also be used nowadays to power each house with 4 KW.

Such a device was invented already in the US from Don Martin.
