Attempting to corral the related work of others inside back-dated copyright design briefs published on a topic-specific public forum seems predacious. Copyright claims can be much broader that patent claims. Raj saw the problem early.

And the poetic justice will be that a working wheel doesn't/won't use any of his (CH's) 'designs'... ;-)
