Is K. Waenga a bait-and-switch Bessler wanna-be?
Moderator: scott
The perpetual company appears to be simply a financial company.
Kerry appears to have high-jacked the name and the infinity symbol.
You could look through the list of all the 900 odd employees if you
can be bothered. I looked through the first hundred and gave up'
Most of them appear to be in Oz. I didn't find one in NZ.
I'd be interested to see the newspaper article, silent.
If you want to drop him in it you could email Perpetual company and
show them Kerry's Instagram page. 😄

Mmm....
I notice they claim to be:
The world's leading Technology, Media, PR, Events and Research Company
Well, that's obviously false for a start.

Religious evidence is often based on assertion. Scientific evidence is more rigorous. Some people try to conflate the two.Senax wrote:The fact that someone asserts it is evidence.
Dave, you've probably already guessed that you'll never get your money back from this long-time scammer. The best you can do is alert others. In that regard, well done.
Best case: that would be likely evidence that someone asserted something... nothing more.Senax wrote:As prof Joad would say,

The salesmen told me it worked.... so, there!!
- Sure this wheel WORKS, I think... it taps into that declining pool of ENERGY also known as ATTENTION.
When you think about it, then you already know that ATTENTION is one of those rare forms of ENERGY that actually increases when in use:
Hence perpetual, duh! You agree, right? Right!
It really likes some fresh water every day, but you could give it once a week, that's fine. And a small light, or otherwise it gets lonely. Lucky for you that we already provided a build-in light, so you only have to plug it in. Convenience is key!
Perhaps you could sing a song once in a while, it runs much smoother that way.
So ATTENTION is basically the patented secret ingredient of this machine.
Yes it's true. We build it, you pay for it. Within 14 days, please.
Enjoy your free energy...
Oh, and paint it annually. It likes mint-green this year.

Some posts need a lot of ENERGY to perpetuate reading ATTENTION.
But not in the case above.
Good one.

Any new developments Dave?
. I can assure the reader that there is something special behind the stork's bills.
A salesman's assertion may not be very strong evidence but it is evidence.ME wrote:Best case: that would be likely evidence that someone asserted something... nothing more.Senax wrote:As prof Joad would say,

The salesmen told me it worked.... so, there!!So strange when that machine you bought would stop working because, according to the brochure, you can't reach that perfect pitch it likes....

However, if he made the same assertion on oath in a court of law it would
be much stronger evidence and his statement would be described as such.
Your attempt to trivialise the matter is pathetic, ME. You disappoint me.

How dare ME trivialise your pathetic assertion! :D
re: Is K. Waenga a bait-and-switch Bessler wanna-be?
It totally depends on what you mean by "trivial"... and if that if will ever happen, because otherwise you just made a totally empty statement....Senax wrote:A salesman's assertion may not be very strong evidence but it is evidence.

Let's go back to the statement that triggered mine, and see how this "court of law" statements works out, shall we?
So when we apply what Senax advises:silent wrote:Yeah it really makes me wonder. One common theme I've seen on all claims of solving the Bessler wheel is not one showing for proof that it's been solved. I like the thought someone posted in this forum that unless it's proven, the claims are false.
All claims of a solved Bessler wheel should be presented under oath for a court of law.
Senax, I have to admit: it is indeed important: You win !!
This actually sounds like a brilliant plan!!!
Actually ALL salesman should present there pitch to some court of law, with evidence and such.
Thanks for this insight!
Sorry if I disappointed you, then I'l try better next time.

There are a lot of gray areas in the Rules of Evidence.
At times it boils down to whether the Trier of facts got
lucky the night before. Testimonial evidence is admissible.
When it's a matter of a perpetual motion machine a little
bit more evidence would be needed in my opinion to
substantiate it.
Initially I would go for a veiled model actually working.
Eventually I would expect the beans to get spilt.
