I still think Bessler was a fraud, but not for the reasons I've given before. His greatest fraud was robbing humanity of what could have been. He would have cemented his name in history in a positive light, instead of being some crackpot in the footnote of history with one surviving book crammed in some dark corner of an obscure library in Germany. His greed certainly cost him credibility.
Not Bessler robbed mankind, but mankind was too stingy to pay anything for this ingenious invention.
That Bessler did not want to give it away, I can understand. Landgrave Karl could have bought it easily, but prefers to maintain his mistresses generously.
I would have done the same.

..either way, i say we dodged a bullet there - until someone can show me why 360° kiiking / momentum-from-gravity generally doesn't destroy us, all i know is, momentum's conserved.

If it's being generated in a statorless wheel, and applied to drive external loads.. there's simply nowhere for it to go but Earth.

These aren't speculations. Nothing specualtive about any of this, that's kinda the whole point - it is axiomatic that whatever momentum Bessler added to the world is still here, as it will be forever. It is KE that is the potential to perform work, and which gets converted to work and/or PE - but this simply earths the corresponding momentum.

If that momentum didn't come from earth in the first place (it came from torque with no stator, remember), and yet it's just being fly-tipped regardless, that's not speculation.

The 1717 storm, coincident with the Castle Weissenstein demo, is not speculation.

The greatest paradox is statorless momentum gains, from where i'm sat..

..the second greatest paradox is where everyone else thinks it came from and went to.. and why they're so unconcerned about it..

Since the earth is not yet tidally locked with the orbiting moon, the earth's rotation is being gradually slowed as the oceans are being churned and the moon is gaining angular momentum and moving outward in its orbit. The rate of energy change involved in all of this is around the same order of magnitude as that of mankind's current energy usage.

So, if we were to incorporate some new energy machine that also affected the motion of the earth, the consequences could possibly be about as significant if the cumulative effects couldn't be made to somehow cancel out. The only thing I might really worry about, then, if there were problems that needed to be mitigated, might be the possibility of affecting some sort of change in the tilt of the earth's axis, too.

Hopefully, the effects on the earth could be calculated and, again, somehow mitigated if there were any significant longterm problems.

What could possibly go wrong?
The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again
.
Well what ever happens I'm sure we can fix it. I envision
strategically placing these wheels around the globe using
them as a drive mechanism and yanking this orb into the
next star system.
