A good move Raj to have it professionally simulated in Solidworks and a POP made. Exciting times for you. Good luck !

Hi Raj,
I visited London this weekend again and had a look to the science museum.
Very helpful designs from James Watt.

For my part I will also continue my developments, I will show next days how a weight can be lifted against gravity with gravity only, so that we have the physics also. Physics basic !!

For your development all the best, hopefully it is working as you expect it.
Best regards

Georg

I arrived in Pune India on monday 11th November morning.

Proof of concept of Auto Wheel/ Gravity Wheel prototype build started yesterday by Induce Design in Pune India

Proof of concept of Auto Wheel/ Gravity Wheel computer simulation work started yesterday by Saurab in Nashik India.

My dear Murilo,
Thank you for your best wishes.

I hope to be presenting here something of my work, in the next few days.

I am back in Mauritius next week.

My Auto wheel/ gravity wheel PoC attempts are on going, although slowly.

It`s 6 p.m in Pune.

I am sitting in the workshop, watching my Auto wheel/ Gravity wheel PoC parts being assembled.

In the morning, we can know the result of this build attempt.

Hi Raj !
If I understand , you will test a possible unbalanced wheel inside a greater wheel ? If so , I wish you success !!!

Hi Raj,
I hope that you will find the correct oscillation frequency for the self amplifying.
I also hope that you can variate the start conditions to find the correct angle.

If not, then your wheel will stop after some rounds.

All the best !!
Best regards

Auto Wheel/ Gravity wheel ( 48 cms diameter ) biuld..

Larger diameter wheel is under way.

Impressive build raj! Thanks for sharing your progress. Does it sustain rotation?

Upwards hooking mechanisms need reviewing.

Otherwise concept looking positive.

Increasing large wheel size/diameter from 48 cms to 96 cms or even much larger diameter to increase total mass of wheels and current mass of weights ratio from 10 : 0.20 kg to increase net torque on the descending side

Works is still going on.

For all those who are following this thread:

The gearing system of a large wheel and a small wheel on separate axles by strings, as already described, is a must to use in my current concept.

I have made three important changes.

1. the small wheel axle is now above the large wheel axle.

2. the lifting of weights on rigid arms swinging at 45 degrees intervals on rim of larger wheel at 6 o'clock position, is now done by strings at 45 degrees intervals on rim of small wheel at the 12 o'clock position

3. For gearing, I am now using elastic strings to overcome entangling of normal strings

These new arrangements meet the " Height for Width " requirement for unidirectional torque in my current concept.

Hi Raj,
yes, this is the way to go.

when it is in move, do you see the weight moving with different speed ?
It should do that now, because you used the elastic strings.

I still see the timing of the swinging as your biggest problem in this construction.
Best regards

Georg
