Putting that to one side; where it takes you is the knowledge that concrete that is not under
compression is dangerous and structurally weak.

One does not have to be a director to know that now.
I am not a director and the Steorn company (deceased) were not into concrete.

But then of course you can't be serious if having read the paper you think it's
importance is about the properties of concrete.

The conference member who thought the paper was a hoax understood its
relevance - which is why he thought it must be a hoax of course.

They lied to you. Case in point, if you take Bessler's word in this matter, perpetual motion
is possible (in the classical sense). On the other hand, if you take the physicist/ mathematicians
word about reality, Bessler was talking out his backside.

Does reality switch back and forth depending on who's looking at it? I don't think so.

Perceptions are the variables, reality is the constant.

If you think otherwise, it's probably pointless for you to think again.

One could say there is 'subjective reality' and 'objective reality'.

I think the only one form of constant reality and that is in the form of a mathematical proof.

We can all agree - I hope - 'subjective reality' is the perception form.

The problem with 'objective reality' is the objects.
There is uncertainty with their existence [location and speed].

However that is the best we can get and we should move on.

All the best.

Some people are psychotic. They live in a reality has nothing to do with reality.
I have nothing against crazy people, or you agor, until they want me to live in their reality.
That's when we have problems.

There it just got perfect. Now we can move on.

Crazy people wanting others to live in their reality is the problem and the scourge of religious belief. Is there a better example of the confusion between subjective and objective reality?

The most confusing part is that crazy people think they are the most normal in the whole universe.

For the rest there's something like "culture", "justice" and "people's rights" that may obstruct feelings of entitlement.
At least objectively different, but who's to say if it's better.

I personally think it would be a great start if one contemplates how one's action and opportunities would affect oneself when mirrored, reversed and reflected back.
At first glance such seems good for Culture, Justice, People's Rights, and perhaps (how will we ever know?) that even the Gods would approve.

But what solution is there when a dropped weight appears to float for some crazy observer?
Do you catch such observer, or should he crash?

CRAZY people?

How do one define " Crazy"?

On the wrong side of the fine line dividing madness from genius?

Where is the line when both want you to live in their subjective reality?

Calloway thank you for the link.

I recommend we all live in the reality of our own making; as first person direct experience.

Then you will not be forced into anyone's reality other than your own.

As to our indirect experience the scientific method is better than nothing.

Choose the world you want to live in and support others.

Cheers
