Reduce the size of your .jpg in Paint. I suggest a width of 640 pixels.

Copy image address from the attachment box which gives you:-

The way that the VentoMobile can sail directly into the

VMs rely on a rotational reaction from the ground. Without this they
won't work. As you can see from the linked images they normally comprise a
pair of wheels supporting the main load and third outrider wheel providing the
necessary rotational reaction.

I copied the VM design in my gyro carriage for the same reason.

Till now I thought that the rotational constraint provided by the Bessler
support pillars must be the analogous constraint. But, thinking about it
I realise that the two constraints are different. The VM constraint
plane is parallel to the direction of the wind whereas the Bessler axle
support constraint plane is perpendicular to the gravitational "wind".

However, there's a more subtle possibility of a Bessler constraint, a reduction
of the vertical load on one of the pillars and an increase on the other.

One small step on the yellow brick road to wheel energy. 😎

Now interestingly enough there already is a device well known to members
which generates an oscillation between the two axle supports, i.e. the
Pop Keenie or Buzzwheel.

Weights are dropped between the inner and outer wheels and in so doing
move the axle support of the weight to and fro along the axle with a
corresponding oscillation of weight on the axle supports.

This action is analogous to that produced by a swashplate

"A swashplate engine uses a swashplate in place of a crankshaft to translate
the motion of a piston into rotary motion."

You have to admit the action of the weights falling in and out of their slots
under gravity does visually suggest the action of multiple pistons in cylinders.

I was rather surprised to find that the swashplate was invented as late
as 1917.
