I think OB can cause rotation as long as it doesn't persist. OB is the farther weight falling the greatest distance.

Ok, then I seem to simply not use the term in a proper context, at least in another one. It's not a problem. Will continue to look for a mechanism to demonstrate the behaviour.

Sorry Jonnynet. My statement was disagreeing with your entire conclusion. I do not believe this method will work at all, even with a "virtual"support. The reason is: the weight needs to fall (or be felt to fall) more than it is lifted to power rotation. This does not do that.

That's totally fine, Tarsier. Everyone can and should have their own belief. The most important thing is still to continue research and to share.
