well i cannot read that part without getting stuck at "known" .
it takes just one new ,never before known , - "unknown" , to change everything.
i have a new idea i am working on , i could ask myself ,how dare i even think against the grain .
but anyway , i do not really have any MT i would have chosen , i have interpretations and ideas , but i consider MT as the "pseudo pm" .
i cannot remember what bessler said about "the pseudo pm" at this time , but to me thats mainly MT .
except the toy page because that is something different from the rest of MT.

Its all relative.
re: One for sure MT number
I think the toys page is it.
The funny looking top at the bottom.
It's the only thing really that children would most likely play with in the lane.

"You will, oh paragon of virtue, be unable to show me printed evidence that a work of art of this nature ever existed in the world before. Therefore, my machine is the only one now in existence that accords to true physical principles"
Also gears are a form of levers then they also show the same effects.
This drives me to look not at the integration of Static [sationary] points in time.
Instead a dynamic representation of mechanical processes.

I find the Intellectual Challenge a form of mental exercise.
Also a good framework too drive other related challenges.
However it is not the only one, just less difficult !
If in some way I help builders to create devices. Then I have done my bit.
I can then enjoy the world for a little bit longer.

* I assume the axle turned with the wheel, but I am not 100% certain there is any factual evidence to back that up. If anyone has evidence either way, I would like to see that.
https://www.besslerwheel.com/accounts.html"A plain bearing, or more commonly sliding bearing and slide bearing (in railroading sometimes called a solid bearing, journal bearing, or friction bearing), is the simplest type of bearing, comprising just a bearing surface and no rolling elements. Therefore, the journal (i.e., the part of the shaft in contact with the bearing) slides over the bearing surface. The simplest example of a plain bearing is a shaft rotating in a hole. A simple linear bearing can be a pair of flat surfaces designed to allow motion; e.g., a drawer and the slides it rests on or the ways on the bed of a lathe."
Plain bearings, in general, are the least expensive type of bearing. They are also compact and lightweight, and they have a high load-carrying capacity.
Gottfried Teuber (1656 - 1731)
Court Cleric and Mathematician
Viewed the one-directional wheel in 1714
"It is a hollow wheel of wood, ten feet in diameter and six inches thick. It is covered by thin wooden planks to hide the internal mechanism. The axle is also wooden, and extends one foot beyond the wheel. It has three teeth which are for moving three wooden stamps similar to those used in pounding mills. The stamps are quite heavy and are lifted and dropped continuously. The iron journals move in open bearings so as to show that neither deception nor an external energy supply are necessary to the machine's motion.
Having made an appointment with the inventor, we approached the machine and noticed that it was secured by a cord to the rim of the wheel. Upon the cord being released, the machine began to rotate with great force and noise, maintaining its speed without increasing or decreasing it for some considerable time. To stop the wheel and retie the cord required tremendous effort."
This is what the witnesses say.Willem Jacob 'sGravesande (1688 - 1742)
Attorney, Mathematician, and Professor
Viewed the bi-directional wheel in 1721
In a letter to Sir Isaac Newton:
"snip ... It is a hollow wheel or kind of drum, about fourteen inches thick and twelve feet in diameter; being very light as it consists of several cross pieces of wood framed together; the whole of which is covered over with canvas, to prevent the inside from being seen. Through the center of this wheel or drum runs an axle of about six inches in diameter, terminated at both ends by iron bearings of about three-quarters of an inch in diameter upon which the whole thing turns. I have examined these bearings and am firmly persuaded that nothing from without the wheel in the least contributes to its motion.
N.B. a journal is the part of the iron shaft (center of axle) in contact with the bushing or bearing within which it resides and rotates (journeys) IINM.

The following is ramblings of a madman, not exactly meant to be coherent.
There is a reason the first 10 MT’s are not commented on.
There is also a reason the number boxes are different ratios.
Let’s focus the second last MT. It is written in Bessler’s handwriting so we know it belongs at number 137. It would be nice to get it analyzed to see if Bessler ever himself erased and renumber MT137 as I speculate maybe it always was meant to be last. I do mean last in that the toypage was a late addition to make up for deleted Mt’s for number or visual clues.
But why have MT 137 last when you showed the whole wheel at some point in MT prior to its burning? It is more likely MT137 got put in the same time as the toypage. Then again the two MT’s are not drawings they are actual prints; so would he have taken the time to make two new MT’s but yet have one with multiple numbers; doesn’t make sense. So were MT137 and the toypage just arranged different before but still part of the original MT’s?
There is circumstantial evidence that MT 136 was last at one time. This is due to V556 being drawing on the back of it. Why flip/skip over two pages to draw 555v and 556? I sugest it was last after the burning.
Why is MT137 so simple when leading up to it the concepts were getting more intricate? Is MT137 a mechanical device or a cryptic clue? Is MT actually the underlying mechanical setup for his wheel a ground zero? He states there is no MT with any link to his wheel “" Further demonstrations regarding the possibility and impossibility of perpetual motion. NB. May 1, 1733. Due to the arrest, I burned and buried all papers that prove the possibility . If you believe that we are back at cryptic clue.
Either way MT137 is the most important MT left.
