When you think about it a pendulum is like a flow of water.
You have to think laterally.
If you were to stop the flow/movement then the pressure could be used to lift up a mass.
We know the ram pump transfers energy in a balanced way without any gain.
This higher pressure can be used too increase the movement of another smaller mass.
The difference is the pendulum version can use a third energy source to recycle the masses.
Could this concept be used to create a new version on a ram pump?
