There's hope indeed.
Apparently this is one of the rare occurrence where you acknowledge an answer of mine without falling back onto a copy/paste reply :-)

Hi there,
I am glad that we have reached a consensus.:) Shall we buy tickets to a space station and experiment there with the zigzags?:)

It's Ok, no problem!:) I myself also often forget to do many things, don't worry about this!:)

You promised to send some pictures for how a certain Bessler wheel's version works. But please do not be in a hurry, I am patient.:)

PeterAX,

Yes; "IF" I can get it to work. The pictures are a big problem, I'll try to send them to John Collins, if he will accept them that is. It will be at least a week----------------------Sam

1) You have agreed with the assessment that the zigzags generate mechanical resistance, which is identical to friction and which does not generate heat.
2) You have agreed with 15.
3) But the validity of item 15 directly leads to the validity of item 16, doesn't it?
4) And here are three YouTube links (among hundreds (and may be thousands) of the sort), which decrease friction practically to zero with the help of ordinary standard permanent magnets:

Very Interesting. I am always a bit of a skeptic, but I will wait untill he unplugs his device from the wall and releases drawings etc.

Was ist Ihre Meinung?

Same problem to control the correct frequency of the swinging.
It will only work when you meet the natural frequency in resonance.
It is a timing problem of the perturbance force on the right position.

The resources what he will need will exceed his financial possibilities.
What I can say, he is on the right track.
It has a reason why he damaged his controler several times.
He genarated a positiv feedback loop and his model was destroyed.
To control this he had to reduce the perturbation force depending on the rotation speed and the load.

Indeed he will need this new type of controller, an invention from scratch.
If he dont manage this, his model will always die the resonance dead.

He taps in a problem of control engineering, control technology.
Best regards

So, in one word, we are still very far from ordering such a device and installing it in our basement for satisfying of all energy needs of our household? Did I understand this correctly?

And what about this link? The Papp machine?

Seems to be interesting.
What is your opinion about this Papp machine? No polution, high outlet power?

as I said, a specific control is necessary.
to complete this build, it will exceed also my financial possibilities.
Here you see a prototye of my device build several years ago.
But you can learn a lot of this device.
It uses the same technology as I think Bessler used in his wheel.
Only my opinion, because no one knows exactly how Bessler managed it.
