The whole video is very interesting but if your short on time skip to 13:50 for my favorite part.

One thing I found interesting was the fact that a UCLA Physics professor who makes a living teaching maths was willing to put his reputation and 10,000$ of his hard earned money disputing something that he witnessed with his own eyes 😆.
Anyone care to explain to me why this is not a violation of COE?

Because the difference in energy from the treadmill and the air is more than the amount of energy it takes to drive the mini Blackbird faster than the treadmill.
There are a lot of arguments even here on exactly how it works. Different people come to different conclusions. You can do a search for DWFTTW. (Down wind faster than the wind.)

I was referring to the multi wheel device shown at 13 minutes and 50! Seconds of the above video. I have done some research and am looking into how this exactly works.

@ Johndoe2-
I've been searching for a mechanism to multiply linear motion. Thank you so much for posting this! It's fascinating!

It is very interesting, but operates just like a lever. It trades distance for force, just like a storks bill or lazy tongs.

A rack and pinion could use this configuration.

Thanks Johndoe2, not easy to implement but really interesting.
Not everything I present is functional, but a surprise can't be completely ruled out.Greetings.

Glad to be of assistance.
