Hubris

Post by Johndoe2 »

Well I hav been working on the Bessler wheel problem for 7 years now. I feel more determined than ever that there is a solution. I recently watched this video https://youtu.be/094y1Z2wpJg. That is titled "the simplest math problem nobody can solve". It is somewhat long but very interesting and is analogous to the bessler wheel problem in so many ways. So if you get a chance watch the video and substitute "bessler wheel problem" for "3n+1 problem" .

One of the similarities I noticed was that how on the surface both are deceptively complex problems. They appear to be easy to solve but once you begin working on them eventually you come to realize how complex and difficult they are.
