Pendulums Wheel

Re: Pendulums Wheel
There was a time when I sat next to a shared department printer.
Naturally the paper would run out of paper and the person effected would esclame 'Why does this always happen to me!'.
I nod sympathetically. There were many saying this; so when my turn came I quietly filled the paper hopper.
There were many people effected by this upgrade imposition using many applications on the service provider.
The world does turn around you. But it turns around use all.
Chill.

Really? I thought it was because I posted a comment by PeterAX that I translated into Chinese (and it offended somebody. Coincidence? Maybe... ;-)

We look like foolish children who dream of having found the solution to a puzzle. Don't worry too much, this forum will never be shut down due to such a shocking discovery as there is just nothing more to discover about the Bessler story.
Re: Pendulums Wheel
SINCE my last post here, I am visiting BW.com daily but I have decided not to post any of my new wheel search on here.
BUT I would like to confirm that my current PENDULUMS octagonal wheel concept is delighting me day by day with more improved models.

I am back to show my work on my continued pendulums wheel concepts.

Re: Pendulums Wheel
HERE is how I see the motions in my pendulums wheel concept:
1. Force is applied to drum/flywheel(1) to store enough energy to rotate more than one revolution, starting from a complete free balance position - picture 1
2. Drum/flywheel(1) uses fraction X of the given stored energy to rotate some 15 degrees, causing drumwheel(2) to roll/rotate on its inner rim some 30 degrees, hence two inversed connected pendulums/bobs will swing clockwise and knock with gravitational falling force on rim of drumwheel(2), adding momentum to both wheels and hopefully REFUNDING a bit more than the fraction X of the starting stored energy to drumflywheel(1) to be reused after returning to the starting position.'
Pictures 2/3/4.

Re: Pendulums Wheel
Hi Raj,
I think the most pleople here did't get how this is working.
You have combined 2 H which was a commen construction in Bessler's time.
When you follow Bessler he said nothing is hanging from the axle.
In fact is you construction is a inverse pendulum which will keep always the energy above the turning point.
It is a falling stick combined to a 2 falling stick, forming a parallelogram. A changable stucture.
A math for your constuction does not exit at this time, because it is using the parasitic oscillation in a frame of rotation.
The closest mathematic to describe this, is the math with describes the balance of a segway,
Your version is running bi-directional as I asume.
All the best to you.

A big thank you Georg for you welcomed input.
Yes, this wheel concept is definitely bi-directional.
I did not mentioned it, simply because I know all who understand my very poor presentations, will see this to be bi-directional.
I had to work hard to find alone, as you all know by now after 10 years on this forum, reasonable materials and my scanty layman's skills to come up with an INVERSED pendulums wheel concept Drawing it was farely easy, but modelling it took me almost one month.
I knew if I presented, just drawings, almost nobody would have understood. Therefore, a physical model was needed at all cost.
i just finished my model last night. THIS model is just for understanding my concept and is NOT a working model.

Re: Pendulums Wheel
Hello Georg,
THANK YOU GEORG,
I just read your PM and you are right in your suggestion.
As matter of fact, it was my first design of my collapsing inversed pendulums in the smaller drumwheel , but because of not finding the complete set of wheels, I REDUCED THE SIZE OF THE SMALLER DRUMWHEEL, AND the collapsing octagonal inversed pendulums contraption in order to present a drawing to the patent office.
If my idea is good, the larger drumflywheel can be even bigger than the 12 ft diameter Bessler's wheel, extending the leverage length of the inversed pendulums for better torque provision.
Raj

Re: Pendulums Wheel
Hi Raj,
good that you have applied the recommended change very fast. thanks for taking notice.
Have a look to the feet of your construction, the feet will slip over the surface.
You have to prevent this slip,
Bessler did this with the 80 dowels, really like a Hamster Cage.
So in my opinion the outer wheel has to be a n-corner wheel, so that the internal mechanism has no slip.
