Even though I tick the "remember me" box I find that I am required to log in every time I want to reply to a post.

Is this a bug -- or a feature. :-)

I find using the 'remember me' of the browser is better than the 'remember me' of the site.

I find in Firefox when you login to a site, you can save the id and password.

This is a good way to forget your password so record it in a secure way.

Well, I'll tell you this much.
The energy does not come from Gravity. This has been pretty obvious from the beginning.

So where does it come from then?

It comes from the rotational energy of the earth, from the differential action of a rotating mass going up and a rotating mass going down.

I had all the pieces of the puzzle. I even had experimental demonstrations of parts.
I suppose the final piece was connecting up to Prof. Eric lifting that heavy gyro.

The 'Foe' filter only works after you login. So to reduce excess reading login first.

This .gif show two pendulums released from a high angle.
The blue pendulum is released first and the red pendulum is released one second later.
I had a better .gif with a host of pendulums released from an angle of one degree but it seems to have been lost in the forum change over. I'll have to wait for my programmer to come home on vacation from his chem. engineering course at Birmingham Uni.

However, you can see from the .gif that the pendulums are coming together at high angles and moving apart at low angles. If the pendulums are connected together by springs then the springs will be compressed at high angles and stretched at low angles.
This difference in strain energy is symmetrical so not any help in getting the pendulums over the top.

I believe I have found a way of transforming this symmetrical energy difference into an asymmetrical difference which I will explain in subsequent posts.
