I'll need to leave it to a besslah expert yet I vaguely recall he said there was nothing hanging from the axle. Not saying that wouldn't lead to an answer; only suggesting it doesn't seem like one Mr Besslah had.
It's hard to discern your word salad, yet if your idea is to run 3 (or six) balanced forces back and forth on the axle, then that's not novel.
