I utilized a spring to help flip the weights over the peg. More later I think.

Hi preocupied Tarsier is correct consider his wisdom and stick your weights on a metal back plate, magnets are super cool you can stick on some weight to even show just how much extra force you need to find, and above all you can feel it man, have fun and good luck there Andy
