Storkbill pendulum
Bottom 1lb
Top 2.2lb
Top bounced between spring

I like your idea but used in another way.

Pulley pendulum
Bottom weight is 1lb and twice the distance of top 1.1lb
When the pendulum stop at high point, heavy weight goes down pulling light weight up
When pendulum at max speed, light weight goes down pulling heavy weight up
1lb pulling 1.1lb is a gain, it should swing forever.

Re: Perpetual pendulum -lever pendulum
Here we have a lever with 4lb and 1lb . 1lb is connected to a long swinging rod.
The ratio of centrifugal force is 10:1
At max speed, 1lb will lift 4lb.
At min speed, 4lb lift 1lb.

Re: Storkbill pendulum
It gets simpler.
L-shape lever connect to the pendulum.
1lb:1.1lb
Max speed, 1lb dominance
Min speed, 1.1lb dominance

Re: Storkbill pendulum
I like storkbill designs, you know why
just asked chatgpt and got this;
---when was the storksill invented or first used?
---I'm sorry, but I am not familiar with a device called a "storksill." Without more information about this device, it is not possible for me to provide any information about when it was invented or first used. Could you please provide more context or clarify your question?
---i mean storksbill
A storksbill is a common name for a plant in the geranium family, also known as Geranium sanguineum. This plant is native to Europe and is known for its small, pink or purple flowers and deeply lobed leaves. It is commonly found in grasslands, meadows, and other areas with well-draining soil.
It is not clear when the storksbill plant was first used or discovered. Plants have been used by humans for food, medicine, and other purposes for thousands of years, and it is likely that the storksbill plant has been used in a similar way for a similar amount of time. However, without more information it is not possible to provide a more specific timeline for the use of this plant.
---i mean storkbill
I apologize for the misunderstanding. A storkbill is a type of tool that is used to cut or trim grass, weeds, or other plants. It is typically a small hand tool with a pointed or curved blade that is mounted on a long handle, allowing the user to reach and trim plants in hard-to-reach areas. Storkbills are sometimes called grass shears, hedge shears, or edging shears.
It is not clear when the storkbill tool was first invented or used. Tools for cutting and trimming plants have been used for centuries, and it is likely that similar tools have been used for a similar amount of time. However, without more information it is not possible to provide a more specific timeline for the use of the storkbill tool.
---i mean a storkbill like a lever that is able to extend
---A storkbill that is described as a lever that is able to extend is a type of tool that consists of a long handle with a pointed or curved blade at one end and a pivot point or fulcrum at the other end. The blade can be used to cut or trim grass, weeds, or other plants, while the handle can be used to apply force to the blade. The handle of the storkbill can be extended or telescoped, allowing the user to reach and trim plants in hard-to-reach areas.
