I see no principle embodied in this design. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Often when I was SIM'ing I'd hook a motor to a model and run it up to 300-400 rpm.

I've had more than one model have internal motion. That is a critical consideration for 2 reasons.

Firstly, the components of a design need to be free to move. If c.f. is pinning parts to some wall, what? That's not going to work

Secondly, it is motion!!!! Energy that might be accumulated (harvested) to drive the very rotation causing it.

I need to grab a graphic, brb

Quit stealing my leaves before the graphic becomes 4-dimensions
I would trade everything to see her again, even a perpetual motion machine…

Shammy's Binary Star System

One feature of this design is as it turns it remains balanced. When turned slowly, the 2 masses also rotate. That's motion. Energy!!

Since it's a given the wheel is well balanced, that means one can crank it up with not much effort. I suppose if the 2 masses were different, there might be a useful gradient that could drive the wheel.

There are design considerations that quickly turn this idea into a Rube Goldberg machine.

Variants of this idea are so 20ieth century to me. I've seen it many times before. Could work, yet with a lot of effort.

One concern is, how fast can it spin keeping the twin stars rotating and on a course. Another is how do you tap into that energy.

More concerns might surface yet until those 2 concerns are answered there's no need for this design to evolve beyond what it is.

Finally, before it does, there needs to be some guiding idea or theme directing that evolution.

Moving forward, it has to make sense. If I were project manager, we'd be back at square one, Shammy.

But I'm not. And I'm happy. I have my own ideas to build and a method to my madness.

It's not for everyone.

I think the audience only concerns how many watts can it generates.

It can goes as slow as a wind turbine but if you make it 3 million pounds, it’ll carry a house.

You're welcome Sam.
I think the audience only concerns how many watts can it generates
If c.f. has everything jammed up against the nearest outside wall, well the audience needs to lower their expectations.

Nope, I believes in God too, but God would choose you over me therefore you’re smarter.
