Having reviewed this motion for a plea agreement, we have to ask, "are you serious?" Consider the defense:

I'm not sure that's true. Have you actually talked with him? I have. He was a prolific poster here in the early forum days. I think there's a good chance he believes what he preaches. I know a few people like that. These true believers aren't frauds, they're just wrong. I'm glad Ken got that job and not me.

Anyone with Ken's 17 years experience (at least) in PM would realize the SIM/animation he's making claims about in his book and all over the internet are bogus.

Making libellous claims about someone based solely on gossip and personal opinion is a very bad place to be. Ken is no more a fraud than anyone else who writes and publishes their crazy ideas. It really doesn't matter what he believes, or if he profits. I think it's worth defending his (or your) right to publish crazy ideas. Ken also has the right to protect his reputation against malicious libel. This is a public forum.

There is nothing fine in Ken's advert. False advertising is fraud. For what ever reason perpetual motion is chocked full of hucksters.

If/when the real deal happens, it is going to extremely hard for the one who discovers PM to be compensated.
